With our micro-team, we've built the best mobile app vulnerability scanner on the market, and it's time to accelerate growth —we’re hiring our first dedicated Marketing Lead to lead the function from the ground up. We should build a repeatable GTM engine that can do 3-5× ARR annually. You’ll report to the CEO, own demand-gen + ICP refinement, and run hands-on experiments across outreach, performance and product-led loops—then scale the playbook into a team.

This role is perfect for someone who loves getting hands-on, has strong instincts for technical audiences and manages work based on data. You'll need to move fluidly between talking to users, crafting strategy, launching experiments and enabling sales.

You don't need to be a security expert, but familiarity with application security, developer tools, or technical B2B SaaS is important.

What you’ll do

• Design & execute the full GTM strategy—no slideware, only measurable pipeline
• Own and drive user acquisition campaigns end-to-end: from concept to implementation, results analysis, and scaling
• Test, nail and scale outbound, inbound, partner and community motions
• Optimize pricing & packaging for the US, UK, and EU markets
• Instrument the funnel and forecast growth in the P&L
• Build sales processes to improve conversion rates at each funnel stage
• Hire and mentor a high-output growth squad once channels prove ROI

What you bring

• 3+ yrs driving B2B SaaS growth from Seed/Series A to $10 m ARR, US-centric GTM; cyber-/DevSecOps/DevTools domain is a bonus.
• Hands-on with outbound channels, paid media dashboards and attribution models.
• Built or heavily influenced pricing & packaging.
• Comfortable interfacing with technical founders and enterprise CISOs alike.
